Terms of use

These Terms of Service govern your use of Link2L, the link-in-bio platform at l2l.to ("Link2L", "we", "us"). By creating a Link2L account — including by signing in with Google, Apple, or TikTok — or otherwise using Link2L, you agree to these terms. They cover your creator page, the shop, forms, custom domains, and our ad network.
1. Use of the service
You can create a free account and publish links to content that's yours or that you have the right to share. Illegal content, fraud, child sexual abuse material, explicit violence, impersonation, malware and phishing are not allowed. We reserve the right to take content down and suspend accounts that violate these rules or are reported by the community.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity taken with your account. Use a strong password and keep your email up to date. We verify your email at signup. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, try to bypass technical limits, or endanger other users.
3. Published content
You keep all rights to the links, images, files and text you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive technical license to store and display your content to visitors, including necessary processing (image resizing, OG preview generation, etc.).
4. Payments and platform fees
All payments go through Stripe. When you sell products in your shop we charge a 5% platform fee per sale; the rest goes straight to your Stripe Connect account. For ad revenue share, the percentage depends on your creator tier (configured in /admin/settings). Refunds and disputes follow Stripe's policies.
5. Shop and digital products
You may only sell products you have the rights to. Digital files are delivered via signed download tokens, limited to 10 downloads and 7 days from purchase. Pirated content, illegal material or content that infringes third-party IP is prohibited. You are responsible for product quality and delivery.
6. Forms and lead collection
Forms you create are your responsibility. If you collect personal data from visitors (email, phone, messages), you are responsible for complying with GDPR/CCPA and any local laws. You must obtain explicit consent before sending marketing to collected addresses.
7. Custom domains
You may point your own domain at your profile. You must own it or have authorization to use it. We verify ownership via a TXT DNS record. We reserve the right to revoke domains used for abuse, phishing or brand impersonation.
8. Advertising (AdSense)
We display Google AdSense ads on public pages to keep the service free. You can accept or reject ad cookies from the consent banner. If you opt out of personalization, ads still appear but without cross-site tracking.
9. In-house ad network (ads.l2l.to)
We operate our own ad network where brands buy contextual placements on creator profiles. As a creator, earnings are split based on your tier; as an advertiser, ads must comply with our brand safety policies and pass manual review before serving. We do not accept campaigns with adult content, unauthorized gambling, malware, misleading political content, or products prohibited by law.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes profile, links, forms, digital products and responses within 30 days at most. Unpaid balances transfer via Stripe if above threshold. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or receive serious reports.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when we add new features or adjust policies. We'll notify you by email or in-app banner on material changes. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance.
